Change Requests
We cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate change requests after the order is placed. All change requests must be submitted via email at least 72 hours in advance. No changes are possible within 72 hours of the delivery or pickup date. Change requests will be reviewed and responded to during admin hours which are currently Tuesday – Sunday, 8am – 2pm. Requests submitted after admin hours will not be reviewed until the following business day.
Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests received more than 72 hours in advance of the delivery or pickup date may be accommodated. Orders cannot be cancelled within 72 days of the delivery or pick up date.
Requests for cancellation must be received via email. We check email during admin hours which are currently Tuesday – Sunday, 8am – 2pm.
Refund Requests
Upon pickup, we present the cake for inspection of the color, design and writing. If you have someone else pick up your cake it is their responsibility to review the cake for approval.
We do all that we can to make sure that your order is decorated to the specification on your order. Upon pick-up of your cake, adjustments can be made for an additional charge if it was not stated on your original order. If for some reason something is not decorated correctly as stated on your order, we will make necessary changes right away.
Once the cake has been accepted and removed from the premises, refund requests for color, design or writing will not be accepted.
Full refunds requested due to flavor or texture after the cake has been accepted and picked up will not be honored. You may qualify for a percentage of a store credit if the product is brought back and the quality of the cake flavor or texture is determined to not meet our standards. Cakes must be brought back to us within a timely manner, preferably with 24 hours of pick up – please email us promptly to let us know of the issue. Please understand that we cannot issue refunds for cakes that have already been completely eaten. Store credit percents are based on how quickly the cake is returned, how much has been consumed, and what we determine the quality to be.
Store credits of any kind will not be issued to customers who do not contact us within 48 hours.
