Customized Cake Pre-Order Guidelines (T&C)
We love bringing your dream cakes to life – with a little planning and a dash of clarity!

✔ Advance Notice: Orders must be placed at least 48–72 hours in advance (depending on complexity of design)
✔ Design Confirmation:Final cake design must be approved at least 24 hours before delivery/pick-up. Changes after that may not be accommodated.

✔Custom Flavors & Designs: All customizations are subject to ingredient availability and feasibility. If a requested design/flavor cannot be executed, a suitable alternative will be offered.

✔ Storage & Handling:Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place or refrigerated (as advised). Once picked up or delivered, Muse Dessert Cafe is not liable for any damage due to mishandling or improper storage.

✔Allergens: Our cakes may contain or come in contact with allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, or gluten. Please inform us of any allergies at the time of order.

✔ Delivery Policy: Delivery slots are subject to availability and must be confirmed at the time of booking. Delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.) will be communicated promptly.

Additional charges may apply if:

• Your design requires premium ingredients, extensive labor, or non-standard materials.
• You request last-minute changes after design confirmation.
